Manufacturing Process Audits Related To Corrosion Failures
Streamlined operations and proper maintenance of water, coolants, washing fluids is of utmost importance to avoid rust initiation. We provide permanent monthly consultancy by auditing process personally to make sure that any deviation or changes from standard procedures are avoided and continuous improvements are made.
Audits include testing of process water, coolants, washing media, rust preventive oil on field with shop floor instruments to ensure its quality is maintained.
Training & Certification
It is mandatory to train some employees about corrosion and its causes in relation to automotive manufacturing process to have someone monitor the process on day to day basis and avoid any sudden corrosion incidence.
Rust Preventive Product Evaluation
There are many rust preventive oil and VCI paper/film suppliers in market and the users are not aware of standard testing or quality parameters to be carried out for best suitable product neither are aware of individual 3rd party testing laboratories. We help customer to understand the testing procedure for new or regular product and carry out a comparative testing in an independent lab and witness the results.
Our evaluation includes various requirements like rust preventive period, surface condition on automotive parts after RP application, drying requirements, environment and safety requirements from different parts of the world and cost saving by optimizing packaging products.
